Weightloss; a dilemma!
despite being cautious about my diet. the weight decline has pretty much halted, actually I have gained about 300 gms in the last one week.
the exercise goes on.
I am now going to slowly increase the strain and also will be investing into a heart rate monitor to maintain a fast hart rate during thirty minutes of exercise.
will be updating shortly to log my progress.
