Weight Loss; my challenge and progress: an update (3)

I am sticking to once a day green leafy vegetable meal, thus eating once every 24 hours.
my weight is slowly coming down but the blood pressure still remains elevated.
Have started doing exercises on a bicycle mounted on a turbortrainer and it is too early to comment on its impact.
will keep updating the blog regularly.
